At DomainKeep, your privacy is our priority. This policy explains how we handle your information.

Summary

• Your data is yours: Your domain information is stored locally on your device.
• No mandatory accounts: You can use the app without creating an account.
• No data sales: We never sell or share your personal information.
• Minimal collection: We only collect what's strictly necessary.

1. Information We Collect

Information stored locally (on your device)

• List of domains you add manually
• Expiration dates and notes
• App preferences (language, theme, notifications)
• Folders and organization you create

This information never leaves your device unless you enable cloud sync (optional PRO feature).

Information we may collect

• WHOIS queries: When you look up domain information, we make queries to public WHOIS services. We don't store these queries.
• Anonymous analytics: We may collect aggregated, anonymous usage statistics (number of active users, most used features) to improve the app.
• Purchase information: If you purchase DomainKeep PRO, payment processing is handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We don't have access to your payment information.

2. Cloud Sync (optional)

If you enable cloud sync (PRO feature):

• Your data is stored in your own Google Drive or iCloud account
• We don't have access to this data
• You can disable sync at any time

3. Third-party Services

We use the following services:

• RevenueCat: For subscription management. View their policy
• WHOIS/RDAP services: For domain information queries (public data)
• Google Drive / iCloud: Only if you enable sync

4. Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect information:

• Local data is stored using secure OS APIs
• Communications with our servers use HTTPS
• We don't store passwords or sensitive information

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: View all stored information (it's on your device)
• Delete: Erase all your data by uninstalling the app
• Export: Export your domains to CSV (PRO feature)
• Opt out: Disable analytics in settings

6. Children

DomainKeep is not intended for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. We'll notify you of significant changes through the app or by email if you've provided one.
